"Their problem is with Medinah Gold, they cannot purchase these shares. MDIN expects now they will have to come crawling on their belly's with the financial statements in hand to plead with the company to issue more shares. At this point MDIN can name their price."

I cut this from the post that you referenced. If the company issues more shares of Medinah Gold and sells them directly to the shorts, how will this help shareholders of MDIN?
