There are no plans to distribute BNBN shares to BKS shareholders. If there were, it would be disclosed in the S-1...and it isn't.

CNN Headlines News reporting BNBN/BKS IPO every half hour.
Reporting it as though it's coming THIS week, though they only infer that. They report "New big IPO's this week" The Street.Com (description) then they describe BKS as a threat to Amazon.

I wonder, is there any reason the underwriters can't IPO BNBN this week? Maybe they are. In any case, this massive publicity will make the public very aware and should jumpstart the buying tomorrow a.m..
We could jump past 40 very quickly here.

You're probably right. In the long run however BKS will appreciate more if BNBN remains/turns out succesful. The shareholders don't get any BNBN shares for free right now (that would skyrocket the price) as far as I know.
