Interesting increase in the bid today to 60c, but very little selling. Maybe MMs are trying to fill an order without success? Looking at the 12-month price chart, these levels have not been held consistently since July 98. The gradual increase in price reflects IMO the potentially explosive nature of any developments on sales. In particular I would anticipate further information in the next few weeks on the work that Maritime and EVTN are carrying out in relation to Ship Ballast cleanup. RT
