Over the last several sessions the stock seems to peak in the morning and then retreat; then goes back up. Is this the MM moving the stock to shake some shares at lower prices?

"As part of the transaction, FiberNet's current executive officers have resigned and new management has been appointed."

I wonder what this is all about. Did they all resign? I was impressed with the credentials of the previous management, but I wonder what experience these new guys have building telecom infrastructure. The
press release isn't to clear on who's out other than the CEO and a
VP. Is anyone else concerned?
