Amazing how you miss the important point so consistently when you are long a stock there Legal. The anonymous poster, a promoter of MVEE apparently, was talking in Febuary with MVEE IR person about them filing by the end of Febuary. Now you would quote a PR from the end of April as being more definitive. Well of course it is. Things have obviously changed. They obviously didn't file at the end of Feb. now did they? How is the most recent statement about an intention to make an SEC filing to be given greater credibility, when their historical statements in this regard are badly in error? Hahahahaha. You either are working overtime to confuse things or you are just badly confused yourself. (But do I have to choose just one of those?)
