Peter, right now FIBR's a little too beaten down and the market a little too strong in the small caps. They seem intent on bringing off the NSIL IPO later this month, which should result in some promotion as well. It could be different this time. But I won't ever be able to trust the company's management. This is witnessed by the fact that I doubt that the yesterday's PR told the whole story. They've just lied too many times about material events in the past. Barb
