Where was the gem show located?
Once 20 years ago i went to a gem&mineral expo in DC. I *loved* minerals when I was a kid. They were selling these big perfect cubes of pyrite, three inches on a side, for maybe $100. I still regret not getting one.
Do they have any pentagon dodecahedra?
I got to handle rough diamonds. Octahedra. Strangely greasy-feeling things.
