AEHCF: Price $0.75 EPS=$1.03a Chinese technology company trading on NASDAQ. PE= 0.13 Book Value = $4.55 Large volume increase today. Asian stocks, WEBS, and ADRs' becoming more interesting to Wall Street. Price still under $1. AEHCF reports on a yearly basis (this is all that is required of an ADR) ( ADR = American Depository Reciept and is a foreign stock traded in U.S. Dollars on a U.S. exchange...Sony, Honda, and Nissan are all ADR's) Financial reports from these thinly traded ADRs' come about 6 months after the year end....sometime in June. Last year China had tough economic times, this is reflected in the price action this stock took and I feel the stock was beaten worse than it should have been...especially since times are improving now. This is all the info I have. I own this stock @ 3/4. I am looking for other opinions because I really don't know if I have the full story. My broker gave me this pick and this info

Rande: I guess I am slow or something as I just have a real hard time with this concept. Buy a share of PLCO for $1.50 or buy a share of PLCOP for .75 and get 6 shares of PLCO ?!? That old axiom my daddy said of "if it looks too good to be true...". However, stranger things have happened. I have owned some PLCO for a month on the anticipation of the website opening. If I understand this right I buy 2K of PLCOP in the AM, website opens in a week or so, price goes up to $4, I sell half of my PLCO (1K), have 1K free shares, wait till December (or thereabouts), stock price is at least $5, I now convert my PLCOP to PLCO common, have 12,000 shares plus my 1K of original investment worth $65,000. Looks like the boys will have a nice Christmas. Is this a clear picture or am I dreaming?
