Why Hank - I'm right here - and I will When Vasomax has been rejected. Can you provide evidence that it has? No - in fact you gleefully comment to your leader that... <We still have the ultimate rejection to look forward to> and then, in the same breath ask if I will honor a promise I made should the rejection occur. I will Hank, when that time arrives - but what I won't do is jump up and down like some trained monkey should we learn that it gets approved. You seem very anxious to take a "victory lap". I entered this thread to argue against the claims by some (mainly Asensio) that there was deliberate fraud being committed by the individuals that run the company. I believe that all of the allegations of that nature have been proven to be, like their proclaimers, lacking certain essential components. With Asensio completely discredited by the collapse of the lawsuits, there's just not much to worry about here. He has access to "mainstream" press outlets - the rest of his type on this thread are just too small in caliber to worry about. The internet provides them their only chance to be heard. Some post incessantly, saying little or nothing. Others try to pack as much hatred and ill-will as possible into fewer messages. All to make a buck - what a shame. Today's news has been waved like a banner by those who revel in such things. Those who post most often and loudest need to hear themselves the most, i guess. Today's events were certainly a setback - but if anyone wants to really LISTEN to what Joe said - instead of seizing on the drama and the short term financial impact - they might be surprised. SO Hank - although you've rarely responded to serious questions in the past, I'll try one more time - here's your chance to prove how knowledgeable you are. Where can I find evidence of a rejection from the FDA?
