My original position was that he should've just fessed up to the allegations, if true, instead of trying to cover them up. The worst he would've been out would have been 3 years salary for a lowly state employee plus court costs. He would've been in a better position, financially, morally, legally, and just about every which way. Even most of his critics would've just dropped the issue after that. He lucked into parlaying that ordeal into a 65 percent poll rating but seriously damaged his ability to lead.

Have you followed the case, read the Starr report, read the pleadings, etc.? There's more than enough facts to establish BUBBA LIED. He also lied intentionally to us while wagging his finger. This revisionist history you have concocted doesn't jibe with reality. JLA
