That's not true at all Mr. Paltel. The earlier statements by the IR department are just as compelling as far as evidence, especially given the multiple substantiations as reported on the public threads. Given the earlier dates of these comments, this is precisely my point that you too fail to grasp. They were saying financials are imminent in February just as they apparently are now with the comments about the close of the April 30 quarter. That they replace those earlier statements is quite irrelevant. It is mitigated somewhat by their Sedar filings, (though none are audited since the filing in September for the Year ending April 30, 1998.) but there are substantial gaps in those filings that would be filled with the SEC.
