Gary, Re: 630 for Intel 540 for AMD It was in the release I posted: At the conference, SiS also announces its identical, single chip solution for K6-III, the SiS540 which has the exactly same features as SiS630. The SiS630 or SiS540 can be applied with SiS950, a LPC super I/O chip. Both SiS630 and SiS540 are assembled in the highest pin count plastic BGA package in the world and SiS950 in 128-pin PQFP. The SiS630 and SiS540 will be sampled in June and July with mass production in August and September, respectively. The SiS630 is priced at US$35 for 10K order while SiS540 at US$29.
