Since we don't know who these warrants are going to and they are going to be bought on "bulk", is it not safe to assume that most will go into safe hands, perhaps even offshore accounts for some of the directors and be held pending full value?

Also have a few more questions if you guys are willing to discuss.
1) This MS deal with some SW phone company. Does it involve IWM?
2) OEM sales. Does anyone have any idea as to what % of normal price these OEM sales are made at vs reatail. This is more for the printer software line cause as IWM signs more and more OEM contracts, their retail sales will be reduced.
