DocktourJ,

4 million shares of HITT for $25.00 per share mean $100 million right.
so what is the restriction? does it mean that the Foundation can dump the 4 million shares into the float at $25.00? so what is their profit in lending $100 million to HITT? and did you see about a requested to issue more shares? How many more shares are they requesting? and how many of those share are going to be dumb in the float?

Sorry if this is too much questions, but I learned to read all press release very slowly and chew on all the words for a long time.

Thanks Docktour

PS I am also posting some of the questions with the company. will post here as soon as I get something back.

Dear Board,

As everyone has obviously noticed, I have not been around posting messages of late. Let me start by saying that I haven't sold one share (been in since $1.19 - pre-merger) and am as confident as ever with this phenomenal company. I was reading through some of the messages posted last night and, although some people might be concerned with all the bashing, I was actually smiling. The reason is that I have seen this situation all too often, with pretty much every single internet stock. I am truly confident that this stock will become a serious player in the net sector, and, if anyone chooses to question my confidence or views, I will simply respond by stating that this is solely a personal opinion. Hitsgalore.com is miles ahead of where other major internet companies stood so early into inception, and I welcome anyone to short the stock now, as I welcomed certain gentlemen at $5, and will welcome others in a few months at $60-$70...

I wish all HITT believers the best of luck (will not be posting frequently any longer),

JUST DOC'S THOUGHTS
