Cool. I thought QNTM would go cheap, slap on a cheapie like CPCI (which has barely any enterprise value) and develop the SAN capabilities in-house. Instead they overpaid for the MDCD to take the pole position in this emerging market. Good for them. Snap is a neat box, all it needed was a sales force and OEM distribution. It will get that. And I've already discussed the gross margin synergies. I got my chunk of arbitrage shares of MDCD at 7 1/4 (wonder why I didn't get the opening price. damn market makers). Tidy little profit already.
