I know nothing about MDCD, but will look them up. $4m in revenue in their latest quarter, so about 5x sales for a tiny company. If their many awards are deserved and it is true that the synergies are there, then QNTM isn't overpaying for them. Think I'll jump in as well, although the deal won't close till Sept. Have to hear whether there is a cap on the price QNTM will pay or not.

Uh oh, I'm actually getting "that bullish feeling" again. Always dangerous.

LK, I sold QNTM today and bought MDCD to capture the risk premium. Does this affect how I would receive the tracking stock, as I am more interested in the storage portion of the business.

Agreed on the arbitrage. Im in. It'll increase my QNTM shares by a half but at this point I rather like that notion. All in all, this whole company is playing out rather nicely IMO. Thanks for being dogged. (Did ya see what happened to my MTIC today?)
