"Taking advantage..." has always been the problem with every law and every amendment and every program there ever was. I don't think that there is very much universal respect for those that "take advantage."

You all could argue the interpretations of the Amendments 4-ever, but as already noted, it is the judge's interpretation that will determine when and if a party has overstepped their bounds in their *taking advantage*, and bending the rules.
