I think the point is a little different. The advantage for GNET will not be as a "mall", but rather in promoting e-biz among Hypermart members and offering services to those members from both of which GNET will get a cut. Business to business is the large majority of e-commerce and GNET intends to be the leader in facilitating small and medium sized business involvement. The ad revenue from 300,000 sites, the majority of which have not chosen the ad-free alternative, is not inconsequential either.
