Neocon, Don't you think that cutting Germany in half and cutting its historical capital Berlin in half in 1947 was not a much wilder folly?? Yet, it's been done --and it lasted 50 years! I don't say that such radical operations are desirable but I think we should take care of the people first! Remember: Kosovo is the homeland for 1.8 million Albanians. BTW, I think that Scotland was much closer to ''folly'' than Kosovo! An independent Scotland in the midst of a err... Disunited Kingdom?! The Pandora's box containing all the nationalistic evils of Europe is wide open... How do you close it?
