Hard to believe this goofing around w price has anything to do w lawsuit. At usual cost of repeating oneself: The appeals court decision just isn't important enough to have much effect on the company. (Not even in lawyers fees.)JMO

Just an observation of today's trading. Between 10 AM and 2 PM, the bid was going down like a rock as if there was bad news on the way, painting RED! The only reason I could think of was that some brokers got hold of the news about the law suit. Ram
