That is incorrect.

Art

Looking forward to visiting Edgar tomorrow. Why have you not viewed the satellite technology? BTW you could have just given this to Onigwecher and he could have posted it in your behalf and saved yourself the $60

What a load of bullsh*t!!! I have NEVER heard of a shell that did not contain free trading stock. Maybe you're a liar or maybe you just didn't get any, but it's there.

Mr. Porcari, I have carefully read and re-read your post and have come to the conclusion that you are not a tout but merely some rich putz who hopelessly believes all the bullsh*t that NCDR has been feeding you and just regurgitated for us in your last post. It's illegal to short a BB stock? LOL. I better call my brokers!!

To everyone else: What do you make of the 3 for 1 split. Are these guys so confident in their ability to walk the stock up, that they wanted to triple their free trading shares?

>>Regarding Hamouth's background, I have know him of a dozen years
and can tell you that as far as Vancouver Stock Promoters go, he is
as straight as they come.

Okay, I knew that Vancouver is full of penny-stock thieves, but
just the same, if Hamouth is 'as straight as they come,' I'm afraid
to think of the crooked ones.

Here's what the Vancouver Sun newspaper said about his stock
swindling during the last dozen years. You say you have known him for
the last dozen years, so perhaps you can tell us more about these
episodes. (Were you involved in those, too?)

The Vancouver Sun
David Baines, Sun Business Reporter Vancouver Sun

Rene Hamouth, who has had extensive dealings on Howe Street and has
been blackballed by the VSE, was president of Corsaire Inc. until November,
but remains one of the firm's largest shareholders with about 1.4 million
shares.

<snip>

In 1990, the RCMP commercial crime section in Toronto charged Hamouth
and two others with manipulating the stock price of Penway Explorers Ltd., an
Alberta Stock Exchange-listed company. All were acquitted.
In 1991 and 1992, VSE officials implicated Hamouth in a series of suspicious
transactions in which he received hundreds of thousands of shares in several
VSE-listed companies in return for assets of dubious value.
He was subsequently blackballed by the exchange.

Arthur, re. Dunavant:

The Vancouver newspaper story says this guy wasn't acquitted. He
was found guilty of some naughty stuff. Are those pesky Canadian brokerages to blame for this, too?

In a follow-up article September 1996, Forbes conceded it had been conned.
The magazine said Dunavant had "crossed the line between acceptable hype
and lies," telling naive reporters that Mane 'n Tail made his hair grow so fast
he had to cut it every three weeks, and that doctors were recommending it to
chemotherapy patients.

It also reported that a Pennsylvania court had found Dunavant guilty of
awarding himself millions in excessive compensation, siphoning off company
funds to cover personal expenses and diverting company assets.

Arthur Porcari: fined & suspended by the NASD June 1989 for insider trading violations

and because he "effected at least 25 corporate securities transactions as principal with retail customers at prices that were not fair and reasonable"

I guess the second item means he cheated retail investors like us.

Moreover,
"In addition, the firm, acting through Arthur J.
Porcari, failed to accurately record the time of entry on order tickets
relating to 756 transactions executed by the firm, and failed to execute certain
customer orders to sell shares"

That too sounds a lot like cheating retail investors.

Then in December 1989 he was disciplined again by the NASD, for failing to pay the fine. This time, Arthur's registration with the NASD was revoked.

Arthur, please check the next two posts.

Was that you?

Do you still do these naughty things?

What does this say about the companies that you are involved with?

If you cheated retail investors before, why should we believe you now?

¡aja! .. i begin to see the picture .. looks like your first post, eh.

"I have know him of a dozen years and can tell you that as far as Vancouver Stock Promoters go, he is as straight as they come."

lolol .... oh, i see you repeat the myth of illegality of shorting non-reporting bulletin board paper in this one ... perhaps you could cite chapter and verse of the portion of your Criminal Code you're referring to?
