Ok Dusty you say there is no hype, well let's examine that. There are quite a few examples about. I will start out slowly and maybe you can catch on to what kind of hype there is.

Here we go. Here is a seeming lie that has apparently been conveniently created to cover the company's intention not to file financials.

the financials (we now know they were delayed because of RMC 'difficulties' with their financials - . . .

ragingbull.com

That is hype. Actually we know nothing of the sort. PABN/PRWT has just plain old been avoiding filing since they were initially paying lip service to filing last August. If you want a fact, then how about the fact that John Schmitz was reported as saying he wasn't filing financials because he didn't have to? That's the real fact and if the SEC didn't have rules in place now to force compliance, I doubt we would ever see them file. Note that they haven't yet filed and may not file until well past August. What will their next excuse be?

Note the FACT that the poster of this hangs her hat on: "WAS REPORTED AS SAYING". No press release, no "from the desk of" just an anonymous report somewhere in cyber land. Surely that is the most reliable fact we have ever heard. No?

Even if ... the real fact is that he doesn't have to report till the applicable law requires it. Note also that the poster above seems to believe that not reporting is the same as refusing to report. Just another example of misrepresentation of the facts.
