Hal, thanks for the welcome. AXC always reminds me of GaAs, "the material of the future", maybe the new management in place will get off AXC old habits of missing every single magic opportunity they had, and gosh, did they miss some biggies in the old times. I think that it will take a long time for them to get over the perception of their colorful past, and like Zenith, they might be better off abandoning that name and become an amp.com or something like that. If they are indeed on a new "war path", they should they not dress the part?

There is SO much smoke coming from different angles at the moment that my powerful hunch is that it is more than swamp gas... that very real substantial additions to the tale are forthcoming. But it is just that. A guess.

Perhaps Swamp Fox Charlie can help out here?
