Yes,it's true if priceline continues the way it currently operates the company will not be worth it's more then 25%of it's current evaluation. But,like every other company on the internet this company trades on anticipation of what it can do.We all know that this biz model is working, the proof is that it is now selling more than 6000 tickets a day.We also know that a lot of it is repeat customers (I believe the company said this).
Now that we have agreed the model works,we also know the company is launching new products to it's line such as cars, mortgages, and several financial products.
If tickets are any barometer of what this model can produce then I think we can all agree this company has a lot of potential!!!!!Agree??!!
Therefore as any internet company gets valued, this one has a long, long way to go,and I think there is major upside.
And to top all this several analysts not including the underwriters have issued strong buy ratings on this company.See for yourself at www.nordby.com
I'd like to hear some smart people opinions about this, not that any confirmation is needed!
