I don't see any. I posted something on the Yahoo Board about this. It may signal some concern that somebody is stalking them or it may mean nothing. It may be just a reaction to the low stock price. The company has essentially ceded control of their destiny to institutional shareholders so it won't help very much if you and I cast our votes against any potential unfriendly takeover. Maybe there is concern on management's part that some group of institutions might be impatient to make a profit on their investments and are trying to put something together. Maybe it means nothing just as JC says. I don't like the way the stock is being traded by the MMs. It's tough on shareholder value. But I don't think this Rights Plan has anything to do with that. Who knows? The stock was strong on the close today with several last minute trades at the ask. Then suddenly it's at 7 1/8, 3/16ths under the ask. Somebody probably sold 100 shares at market on the close. Do the MMs want us to believe that the stock is weaker than it really is? YES!
