If this deal goes thur, both companys will make a bundle.Witch afects the stock price of both companys.Heres a post i got;-----------------To: Bob Lium (5523 ) From: Tom G Tuesday, May 11 1999 5:54PM ET Reply # of 5525 It has come to my attention that maybe, just maybe Mr. Holley was right on his analysis of Rene and the current situation. I have found some interesting facts today. First of all both sides are trying to finalize the situation. Rene had become concerned about the intentions that Kevin and ISM had for TT. He did not think that the shareholders best interest was going to be taken care of. He wanted some assurances that they would be. Both sides are talking again and should have things rapped up by the 21st or sooner. The lender has gotten involved and wants the deal to go through. If and when Kevin comes in he will have the financing. One of the main things on the agenda is a stock buyback, the sooner the better as far as they are concerned. As for the current dilution it will remain to keep the company alive. TT is paying creditors as much as they can. They also owe 700,000 on Richmond. As for Richmond , look for a big surprise on the new pro forma for that plant. I am told the reason we are not at full capacity is the engineers have developed some new process by which TT will be able to take low end waste($20 per ton and very easy to get) and evaporate it down then add it to the higher end waste ($45 per ton) making the plant able to actually process as much as 1200 tons a day. The engineers have been retrofitting and working out the bugs. They have told Rene the plant should be ready for full capacity by the 21st give or take a day.The pro forma will be guaranteed by the Engineering company ( I believe it is Dick Engineering). If this is true then the plants will be better than ever thought. Remember I said if. The person I talked to is not an employee of TT. I have not talked to anyone there for months. This person was very much against current Mgmt. But has changed his views. He claims Rene really is working for the shareholders and most will be impressed after the Grand Opening of Richmond. He was very sincere and did not hype, he is not happy with all that Rene has done but he does now think Rene will surprise us all. As for me , I am not trying to hype , I still will have to see a major change. I an merely trying to pass on some info that I have learned. Take it anyway you want. I thought it was worth mentioning seeing we have been left out in the dark for so long. I hope the man is right, if the plant performs as well as I am told Rene will be a genius. I will take a wait and see attitude. I hope we are wrong about the man. But I am not convinced yet. Tom
