Nonsense. I have only reported what the company has filed in their Audited Financials. I even have linked you to them in my last post. Check it out before you come swinging your bogus charges at me.

I have drawn no conclusions, except that it is a sweetheart deal for the over 70 G boys. Just read it. Tell me that's not pretty sweet for them.

You have resolved no errors on my part, as I am not in error. How can I be? I have only cited the factual info from their own filing. Now if you are saying that the filing itself is bogus, well then that would be something that we would all likely appreciate your exposition on.

Since you seem to be link impaired, here is the very link I have already provided:

JeffO, you are absolutely correct in your claim of jhild's post being bogus: The statement used is for the period dated April 30, 1998 and 1997 Now that is really current information don't you think?

The Great jhild FAILED TO MENTION that the ownership of shares must be EARNED. Here is how:

<<<<< c) Four shares of common stock for each $1.00 of net income generated by the Magic up to a cap of 25% ownership in the Company;>>>>>

Each dollar of revenue that comes into the company means greater share price to the shareholders. It is that simple.

Now then, is that a sweetheart deal for the Gs? Maybe it is and maybe it isn't. It is pretty irrelevant. It is the way it is. Of course, since April 30, 1998 lots of things have changed. We how have a new CEO and only one G since Globus is gone from the company.

I fail to see what the age of 70+ (I do not know Golan's real age, nor do I really care) has to do with his ability to perform under the terms of this clause. If he does generate income and the company profits, then so does he, and if he does not, then it is irrelevant. Perhaps jhild is trying to say that everyone is like him as age advances ...

Of course, don't expect jhild to admit that his analysis was wrong. After all he only reported what was published ... with his views and bogus analysis interjected!
