something i haven't been able to figure out...given that there has been constant bombing for several weeks and that various missles had missed their mark and killed those that were not intended to be killed, why were there people still inside the Chinese Embassy?

wouldn't any government immediately recall all their personnel once it is known that a place or country is experiencing warlike conditions?

Hi Neo,

I think your position has always been balanced and realist.

I wish some of our politicians in the West were more courageous in accepting the consequences of their mistakes, and modified NATO's conditions for a cease fire to reflect the new priorities being created by the situation on the ground.

Considering that the Albanians have been supporting the KLA all along, a Kosovo solution to disarm the KLA would not likely succeed.
