If you know the sorry facts and invest anyway, you are not "getting screwed" - you are merely stupid. The article you referenced was a good one, with a good message: know where the company you buy stock in is spending its money. If you want to see a company's future, look at its financials. Unfortunately, it will be months at least before anyone will know whether or not JNNE has any money, much less how they are spending it. They act like a company that is broke - every deal seems based on commission. Meanwhile, they print more stock...
