GUYS!! Your letting JHILD run the board! That's what he wants!. Now back to reality. If I can buy more under .06 today I will. part of my strategy when playing these pennys is to use use the hype on the message boards as a barometer as when is a time to sell. When you see every Tom Dick and Harry pumping your stock on every board then you know it is time to sell at east half. Mvee has not caught fire yet. This is a good place to be with this stock.

My goal is merely to set the record straight for investors and potential investors.

Calling the notes to their last audited financial report bogus is hardly a responsible way of going about your task. But then perhaps your task has another agenda? An agenda of painting a rosie picture maybe? An agenda that resorts to mischaracterizing any legitimate concern? Like the fact that this deal with the Golan and Globus concerns possibly cedes a controlling share to them by potentially doubling the the number of o/s shares? You would call that reference found in their financials a bogus conclusion all in the name of setting the record straight?

Good Morning JeffO, his only motive here is to cloud the issues at hand. By getting you to acknowledge him and have an exchange with him, he has achieved his goal. Distract the old and new investors, THAT IS THE NAME OF THE GAME! Ignore is your best policy!!!!!

Jeff, you may notice that jhild obeys the rules of bashing:

Rule #4287 - NEVER admit to being wrong. Simply ignore the point on which you have been caught and move directly to your next bash.

Rule #4288 - ONLY IF YOU HAVE TO because you have been shown to be a total FRAUD, repeat your false claim and try to make it look like you were right all along.

Rule #4289 - If you have an OUTDATED financial report that everyone in the world knows is no longer valid due to major changes to the company, use it as though it is the most current information available. Confusion is your goal.

Rule # 4290 - If someone catches on that you are using an OUTDATED financial report, ignore the fact that you have been BUSTED and make it appear that the person who called you on it is actually saying that the OUTDATED report was really bogus from the start. It gives you credibility over the true situation.

Rule # 4291 - Always remember your goal is to confuse and make it appear that everything is bad, no matter how good it really is.
