Mr. Sims ... Bob, you are missing the point.

According to Mr. Bradford as quoted in the Bloomberg articles he only has 4 million some odd shares. Unless there are others, that leaves Mr. Reed with 32 million. Bradford is a front man. Mr. Reed is the majority - and the controlling shareholder of this company. Through his majority control he can re-appoint the Board at his leisure and his whim. Even if Mr. Bradford is as pure as newly fallen snow, he can be discharged at any time by Mr. Reed.

Given Mr. Reed's controlling interest, the complaint by the FTC, his failure to appear and defend himself, the default judgement, and the suspiciously similar business model between HITT and the shutdown IBB, one has to presume that, at minimum, the FTC will be all over this, and will bring their brethren down the road at the SEC over to do some serious looking.
