the song is i shall be free...

"oh, set me down on a television floor,
i'll flip the channel to number four.
out of the shower comes a grown-up man
with a bottle of hair oil in his hand.
(it's that greasy kid stuff.
what I want to know, mr. football man, is
what do you do about willy mays and yul brynner,
charles de gaulle and robert louis stevenson?)"

maybe he sings the lyrics different on the album. god knows he does that often enough.

:)

Here's a question for anyone who was buying LPs in
the early '60s . . .

I have an LP from the early '60s that still has its
price tag affixed to the album cover, which means
that the album wasn't covered with shrink-wrap
when received by the store from the factory.
Question -- How were albums in store racks covered
or wrapped to prevent removal of the record?

I don't remember and haven't found anyone who does.
