Dozer,

PMC has margins that are just awesome for a company with physical layer products that need to be all over the WAN. You would think that processors would get higher gross margins than phy products because they are doing something more complex. Similar to an Intel processor vs any other PC component. However, this just isn't the case.

Do you have an opinion why PMC has been able to own this space while TI, NSM and every other semiconductor company (including Intel for that matter) didn't execute?

Obviously, the SATURN group is an inherent advantage but it is certainly odd that a Vancouver-based company could stay on top this long (and design win momentum just keeps getting better and better).

What kind of a weighting do you have in Comm IC's and PMCS in particular?
