Yes, James, $21 mil. is peanuts. Basically, it's the equivalent of one averaged-sized subdivision with average-priced homes.

If ARET takes off, it will need a lot more than $21 mil., that's for sure, even if the loan requirements are 20% down (and I'm guessing the loan requirements for ARET will be less than that, thus meaning the dough gets lent out even faster.

What is the potential market you are mentioning, shareholders or business? - If business market what are we talking about in figures ?

Currently FAMC is able to process around 30MM$ in mortgages - leaving them with max 270K$ earnings. That does not bounce for 21$ market cap!
ARET has a book value of somewhere between minus 3 and minus 4MM$, we will know more when 10K is out in short time.

So I guess that there is more behind your statement? Please share it :-)
