Karl, who would lend that kind of money if they didn't already do their due dilly? Maxam was close to a funding crisis. They had a few potential funding deals, but I never dreamed it would turn out this good. I would rather see Maxam go belly up mining than never given the chance. Investors are speculating on mining, they get their wish. I can't think of a better deal. If Maxam can't produce our shares were worthless anyway. There's no dilution, just a discount on production. The real play at Maxam isn't just the 640 acres at Peoria, but the 73 square miles. Success will have Majors drooling for JV at the other properties. Maxam may also have a method for low cost property evaluation in their paleo-channel mapping.
