Buddy et al: Doesn't anyone wonder what the financial status of the company is?

The company has put several out press releases, yet, a very significant one on March 4, 1999 (Businesswire) stated:

"....Certified financial statements for the year ended 1998 will also be available at the meeting.... Sincerely, Arif Adam Chairman of the Board President and Chief Executive Officer..."

I understand they were not displayed at the meeting, almost 45 days ago, and as of a few minutes ago have not been posted on the company's web site. Does anyone else wonder about all the "slippage" in producing periodic and complete financial data to investors?

It's almost half-way into the next year. Other companies have furnished current first quarter results, and will soon produce the second. There appears to be no hard data from this company for last year('98) at all. Is this a repeat performance of last year and the repeated "delays" that led to October 16?

Are they meeting their obligations to all investors?

Financials, financials, ......where are those audited financials???

Maybe "waltertx" would do a good deed and help shake 'em out for all investors, through his close inside association(s)? It certainly sounded like he should have a substantial interest in the results also. Could he already know?

Questions, questions........... anyone know of any answers?

Regards,
Bob.
