Morgan, I have not kept up with the trial schedule. Do you or anyone else know when it is supposed to resume. I had heard late May. I am just planning my trading around the resumption of the trial. IMHO, buyer are not stepping in simply because they think big sellers are out there. I sold at 80 5/8. The stock is stuck between 79 and 81. The big buyers (especially momentum investors) are waiting as long as possible before shooting this stock up. I hope that I don't mess up my timing to repurchase the stock. I am very concentrated in American and Canadian cable stocks at this time and am looking for a little more upside before some profit taking on this sector and get back into MSFT and INTEL. Intel has not done very well in the last little while. At some point in June I expect both to start gaining in a big way.

Sir Francisc Drake - aka Morgan - u ramble too much. You did indeed fail to see the key question I was asking. In my first post here ....at Message 9336684 my primary question was "does anyone know how much stocks Bill holds". You failed to see that question. I don't think it is because your brain is small and full of holes. I think it might because you took my one statement "any comments ?" out of that posting and used it as a reason to ramble on. I don't think your rambling is a habit or because u lack integrity and etiquette. I think it is because u spend most of your time typing up lengthy articles on this thread. For a reasonable and intelligent response to my question....see Message 9456437 or other postings by Tech2000. A response like yours in Message 9497508 was not worthy of my attention and I promise I won't spend any more time reading your responses. BTW, do u get paid by MSFT - for trashing any person that even implies that one should monitor a stock ?? even a stock like MSFT ? sigh.
