Well, well, well . . . I hope that you don't throw rotten fruit at me! :)
Many apologies for all of the e-mail problems that have arisen as of late.
To make a long story short . . . A basher killed my AOL mass mailer . . .
Yahoo has a hard time handling the MASSIVE traffic that is a result of my
mail! LOL. So, I guess that I am mail limbo! Pretty soon, I will go postal,
and begin to shoot up the servers! LOL.
Ok, so what has been going on, you ask? A LOT! I will cut right to the
chase . . . HEVY (my partner, for those of you do not know him) had a
lunch meeting today with Bill Black of PABN's Internet Division. This was
the reason for my asking you to submit questions about PABN to me
earlier this week. We will get to those in a minute. First, I must tell you that
I was not able to be at the meeting myself, as I have taken shelter at my
home in Atlanta! (Still dusting cobwebs!) However, I can honestly say that
I could not ask for a better individual to send on a first time meeting. HEVY
(Mike) has a natural ability to sense a person's character, and I fully trust
his feedback. In short, I can vouch for his report. :)
I will not embarrass Bill with the particulars . . . so, let's just say that Mike
was very impressed with Bill . . . his demeanor, his character, his work
ethic. From what Mike gathered, Bill is intent on making the Internet
Division of PABN a great success in the future.
As for the particulars: As we all know, PABN has created a PR
department to help with the timely release of factual news, with
responding to the many personal requests and comments from individual
stockholders (and from prospective stockholders), and to facilitate the
overall operation at PABN. I know that many of you are not getting
responses from the company on many issues . . . and I think that this is a
wonderful step in alleviating that problem. Bear in mind that there are only
so many people at PABN, and those people are all working hard to make
this come together. I'm sure that the PR department is a welcomed
addition at Home Base! :)
In response to PABN's main focus in the coming 12 month period: The
PABN mission is to be a leader of financial services on the Internet.
Many of you are wondering about Insider Trading . . . I have to do more
work on answering many of your questions, as some were quite particular
. . . I will get that information out to you ASAP. In the meantime, here is
what we have so far regarding I-T: I-T is only a level 2 service a this time.
However, they are exploring the possibility of creating a "regular broker"
type of online trading (the traditional type, ie - E-trade, DLJ, Waterhouse,
etc). It is my opinion that a move like this would generate tremendous
growth, and should be considered as a legitimate possibility for future
expansion.
Concerning the Press Releases that EVERYONE has been expecting for
the past few weeks . . . After reviewing the process and content on the
site, PABN felt as though the launch of an upscale site should accompany
a PR release. In my opinion, this is a smart move, and is exactly what I
thought was happenening. For those of you who have been in PABN a
long time . . . you know that PR releases must be handled correctly, and
premature releases oftentimes do more harm than they do good.
Cautious and correct beats expeditious and erroneous everytime in my
book! I expect more good things in the future from the PR department . . .
after all, if they are creating a PR department, then wouldn't one expect
them to use it?!!! :)
Where can one use I-T? I-T has filed in all 50 states, and has been
approved in 24 states. Keep in mind that many of the "Level 2" services
are local or regional at best. Approval in 24 states, with the remaining
states pending, is a positive sign, in my opinion.
What do I base this positivity on? Take a look at our recent pictures at
Yahoo . . . we have posted pictures of actual I-T buildings and of the inside
of an I-T office (along with pictures of PABN management, etc.).
Also, for those of you who are wondering about the I-T office in Seattle . . .
Gold Country Securities, which has offices in Seattle, will effect the
transactions for I-T in that area.
There were some concerns about the DEAO.COM Internet Portal being
spun-off . . . PABN has no intentions of any spinoffs at this time. We can
assume that this was a bogus rumor . . . and that makes perfect sense to
us . . . we never understood that rumor! :)
Finally . . . FINANCIALS! :)
Preparations are being made in all departments so that financial data can
be released at the end of Quarter 2!
To summarize in my own distorted and oftentimes disturbed way of
thinking . . . I see a lot of activity at PABN . . . this activity is being
controlled by able hands . . . and I see 4 plates, if you will, that are about to
converge . . . Does any remember plate tectonics?! I am looking for a
mountain to be formed here by late summer! DEAO.COM, Financials, I-T
growth, etc. It all points up! Good luck to us all. :)

Oh, an update from Skitrade Headquarters! (Do we have a
headquarters?!) LOL. We are working like . . . well, like something that
works really hard! :)
We know about the problems with the chat. We do not want anyone to be
left out . . . who does not want to be left out. The TEAM SKITRADE
WEBSITE IS COMING! When? Ummmm, good question! We do not want
to put together something shoddy, so it will take longer than expected . . .
but like PABN, I think that it will be well worth the wait! Trust me, hehe . . .
or don't . . . but stick around for the fireworks! :)
Skitrade has a lot of things on its mind (Sheees, I just referred to Skitrade
as an "IT" . . . that's scary) . . . we have many plans for the future . . . and
we hope that you will all be here to partake in the fun! Again, trust me . . .
or don't . . . but I wouldn't want to miss this one! LOL.
We are talking with several companies now . . . and I should be able to
report our progress by the weekend. In the meantime . . . keep having fun
. . . keep making money! I took a few hits this week. My concentration has
been divided as of late. But, GOOD FRIDAY is right around the corner! :)
