I don't know neo--- This "threat by example" seems to be where most of the paranoia lies in all of the US ventures .. By the sounds of it Yugoslavia wasn't doing that bad if one compared it to most of it's neighbours. You might get a lot of heat if it was a Western European country you decided to straighten out. No competition is best.. And the third world stuff,, I'm not so sure about that,, The difference between the haves and the have nots has been increasing for some time now. I hear they have built walled in communities in California, and jails are a booming business.. That's what a third world country looks like--- few wealthy , many poor or in jail....
