How strange Auric - I don't recognize any of the names on your list except for John Blohm (wha was exercising an option to purchase 50,000 shares as an ATG employee and director, some of which he sold, only a small %% of his total holdings including options) - All of the other names must just be restricted shareholder (private placement stock, you know -- HELLO???? AURIC???? LISTEN CAREFULLY - THEY ARE NOT INSIDERS). Oh, I see -- the chart points out that 95% of the parties listed they have no relationship to the company (the big "N"), yet you fail to point that out. Can I ask you something?? Why do you have to distort the truth to get your point across?

Any ATG shareholder should have the ability to sell his or her ATG shares at a moment's notice if they want to - I don't see why any stockholder (including ones who got restricted shares through private placements over 2 years ago) should be denied the opportunity to trade on the same basis I do. And I am very long. My guess is that most of them are too. And if the stock spikes tomorrow to $25 per share, I may just sell a few of my shares, maybe not, I'll have to decide at the time, based on the circumstances. As I would expect each of them to want to do. Doesn't mean I (or they) don't think ATG is hitting a huge home run as we speak.

You can refer all you like to your so-called dilution "death spiral" and these BS "insider sales" but the truth is that all significant ATG insiders have huge positions in the company and none of them are for sale, and that all of the stock including any to be issued for converted warrants has been accounted for by everybody putting a "value" on this company for over 6 months (23-25 Million fully diluted).

One last point - why would ATG call the warrants now to get $12 million at $5.85 when they can raise equity if they want to for a lot more than that, at the subsidiary level? The Board of Directors apparently meets tomorrow. I think we'll know fairly soon if the warrants are about to be called or not. I'm betting "not".

Auric, I'm hoping that you are the smartest short in the class...

You said: <<And the insiders continue to agree:"144 HISTORY....>>

Well, you just study up on this over the weekend:

sec.gov

There will be a test next week, I'll even give you a hint, it will involve knowing the difference between a form 144 and a form 4.
