Doug,

The term implosion relates to the vacuum of leadership COMS sustains at the moment.

With a takeover, even with the premium that will come with it, COMS management is basically saying "We can't grow the business by ourselves", "We need a partner for us to go forward". If COMS were strong enough to go it alone, none of this would be under discussion.

Being a late-comer to COMS and foreseeing a takeover, I welcome it as soon as possible. But it is a white-flag in terms of management.
