Trace, not much, you'll get a few pennies per share, depending on the extent of your loss. Obviously those who bought at 16 and sold at 4 will get more than those who bought at 8 to sell at 7. If I recall correctly the settlement was for 0.57 per share without taking variations in losses into consideration. The lawyers will take 1/3 of that sum. I lost about $1300 on my Z's, and expect to get a check for less than $25. I intend to donate any money I get to the Salvation Army. I joined this suit for the experience, and because I wanted Premier to pay. Remember, any recovery you get is taxable income if you wrote off a loss. -ng-

I talked to a lawyer from Milburg Weiss about two weeks ago and he said that settled meant Premier had agreed, but hadn't signed off. It might be into 2000 before we see a check.

Barb
