Oh ya, EGRP representative also told me, if I did not get an allocation it was because of the syndicate but nor etrade.
i told him the syndicate people get paid several hundred $/per hr and would not waste there time in pulling out a etrade customer and decide if they can allocate 100 shares or not.
I did not feel like to continue the discussion when they BS like this and politely told thank you and hung up.

"we regularly see posts from early timestamps that are not flippers, but still don't get shares"

Regularly?? Care to elaborate them? I would say those are a few
isolated cases.

I have been able to get almost every Etrade IPO as long as I
IOI'ed in the first 3 mins. Of course, I never flip.

On the other hand, I almost never got an IPO if I have
a late timestamp. The only one I can remember was probably
GCTY where this IPO game was very new.
