A Yahoo search doesn't show any symbol for Prime TV. Primestar DSB service belongs to Hughes, if I am not mistaken.

I think Prime is a MMDS wireless cable company. Small fry, if anything. Primestar is definitely NOT the target. WCOM just spent the last year trying to extricate itself from the Primestar investment it had with Fox.

Doughboy.

David Faber, MCI strikes again (WCOM)

MCI/Worldcom strikes again.

LA local wireless company PrimeOne Tele-TV. Price is very vague at this point. Thought to be $200-600M Offers wireless to LA cusomters.

WCOM will use this technology to bypass local phone companies.

Good geography there for this type of technology.

Slap in the face of competitor SBC which sold assets to PrimeOne and gave Spectrum to them. Now they have sold it for millions to their competitor.

WCOM has spent maybe billions on wireless cable in recent months.
