Barry if you check this was due to one time patent settlements and no assurance there will be more. This company has management who is looking after self and not stockholders. Look at bonus given the main honchos while stock is down 2 more bucks this year.

Do some due diligence before investing in IDC. I ben holding it 3 years with a 45%loss and praying to get even.

IDC announced in 10K today that judge threw out ERICY's call for a summary judgment which in effect is the judge saying IDC's lawsuit against ERICY has significant merit.
