Yeah, they have this big shopping basket and can not step up to the checkout, cause they got no money and well, they would have to issue one more share then GE has outstanding,,,,,,,,,

Does anyone know how much was raised in the IPO and how much if any is still in the bank. I've got a feeling that most of that money was distributed to a few principals and lawyers. If so, where is the money going to come from to fund acquisitions?

Your statement regarding good bargains to be found is true. It would make more sense though to buy into proven gold producers, than a possible exploration play. Who is it that told you that this company has any realistic chance of becoming a producer "soon"?

IMO, this is a failed company that is starting over. They may be starting over with good management, that is yet to be proven. But are they starting over with any money?

BTW, I'm still watch for MM's report, I suppose you've seen it.
