Is there a new Unreal coming out? What about a new Forsaken? BTW, I'm all for other vendors' support of Glide. The more support for Glide (any version), the more glide games -- the more glide games, the more Voodoo sales.

Pat, I agree with you regarding Q3. Count me among the generally unimpressed. I'm not saying it isn't any good, but it doesn't really add anything substantial to the genre. I actually find the smoke trails and all the pretty lighting effects distracting in the game. Looks pretty, but doesn't add much. I'm eagerly awaiting Team Fortress2 personally...

I think this whole Glide Wrapper thing should be nipped at the bud now (if possible). Yeah, I know slower, old version, but the bottom line is many general users don't notice performance and new users are still playing the old games. CREAF spent money to build this wrapper which was probably not that simple to do. If they felt it was worth the investment, I feel that its' worth our time to sick the legal boys on them. It sets a bad precedent for the future. What happens if Glide 4.0 and Rampage is a huge hit and developers rush out Glide Only support. CREAF can put out a quick wrapper to make the games run and all those TNT people can play the new games (poorly) rather than not at all. Joe C.
