The name Microsoft might have some hype appeal but I wonder how big this news really is. Microsoft (MSFT: news, msgs) will provide support and resources to assist in AtHome's marketing. What the heck does this mean really? Is Microsoft going to support cable problems? I wonder if a lot of customer support issues are about how the computer is set up. Microsoft invests $5billion in AT&T and then @home starts using Windows NT server. Hmmm.. Coincidence? I still remember clearly the time when Ahhaha said that MSFT and ATHM were allies but they just didnt know it yet. Wise call? Eric

"This MSFT news could be huge for tomorrow." Elias- I caught CNBC's "The Edge" tonight. Joe Kernen mentioned the ATHM/MSFT deal, and both he and Rene thought it would cause ATHM to move positively tomorrow. Hopefully they will give ATHM some more attention and hype in the A.M. **OT*Anyone else get burned by ETrade being down these last two days? I was never affected financially before, but I lost out on some key trades yesterday and today. Between that and having to format my hard drive because of a Windows snafu, this has been the week from hell. The only positive thing was seeing Ahhaha's upgrade of ATHM.:0) Ed
