Jeff: Your reasons are good. I hope the company shares your view.

It's an open question whether, or to what degree, the company views the 109 million reported outstanding shares a problem. Other companies appear to do just fine with large number of issued shares.

The total cap of the company at .05 per share is around $5.45 million. Assuming they are able to generate decent revenue on the sale of their first one or two releases, I would hope the company simply decided to buy back half or more of its shares. It would be a good intermediate to long term investment for the company. It would also benefit insiders who presumably have as much or more at stake with a RS.
