That is scary given the head of mfg. ops. has left the company just recently, I don't know who is running the shop down there . Obvious someone is, cause the co. is still going. But it (SAP) obviously needs some nurturing.

[Hey now] Business guys always love to blame the "high payed" consultants for EVERYTHING. Sometimes, we can make suggestions or give advice until we are blue in the face and the company still does exactly the opposite and pays dearly later. But by then, the original advice is long since forgotten. We do the best we can in a very difficult environment. Some employees are downright belligerent, some don't want to ever think, most NEVER read their manuals! Supply, demand, and talent determine bill rates. Other industries are the same. MB
